Mini Pork Loaves

List of Ingredients:

• Ground ham: 1 pound

• Brown sugar: 1 cup

• Ground pork: 1 pound

• Cider vinegar: 1 cup

• Water: ½ cup

• Cracker crumbs: 2 cups

• Dry mustard: 1 Tbsp.

• Milk: 1 cup

• Whisked eggs: 2

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to almost 350 °F. Grease one baking dish (9x13-inch).

Combine ground pork and ham in one bowl and mix in eggs, milk and cracker crumbs. Shape this mixture into 14 oval loaves (small size). Put these loaves in your greased baking dish.

Stir dry mustard, water, cider vinegar and brown sugar in one bowl and stir well to dissolve brown sugar. Pour this mixture over pork loaves.

Bake in your preheated oven for almost 1 hour and flip all loaves. Bake again for almost 30 minutes and check the temperature that should be 160 °F. Serve warm.
